ISSA, The World Cleaning Industry Association, announced this month that Melwood achieved the ISSA Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) and CIMS-Green Building (GB) certification.
CIMS sets forth a management framework designed to assist building service contractors and in-house cleaning departments to develop and maintain quality, customer-focused organizations. With this achievement, Melwood is identified as a credible, quality, customer-focused organization, capable of delivering a comprehensive green cleaning program.
During a thorough review by an independent assessor, we successfully showcased our ability to meet the industry standard for quality systems; service delivery; human resources; health, safety, and environmental stewardship; management commitment and Green Building.
