Washington Business Journal Award
January 31, 2017
As we enter this exciting New Year, filled with unlimited possibilities, we are pleased to showcase Melwood’s ranking in the Washington Business Journal’s Book of Lists edition as the fifth Small Regional 501(c)(3) Organization out of 25 in the Washington, DC metro area.
This annual Book of Lists serves as a resource guide for conducting business in every major industry. Melwood was only surpassed by four other local nonprofit groups: WETA, Community Partnership for the Prevention of Homelessness, Catholic Charities of the Archdioceses of Washington, and the Community Foundation for the National Capital Region.
Here at Melwood, we aim to make our vision of a fully inclusive world a reality through our continued commitment to fiscal responsibility, service excellence, and our mission. We truly value your support of our organization and your belief in our ability to make this world a better place!
