Melwood has been providing Total Facilities Management services since 2011. The scope of our TFM line of business covers hundreds of facilities, millions of square feet and thousands of acres. We provide around the clock support on complex and dynamic programs so our customers can stay focused on their missions. We recruit and hire TFM subject-matter-experts, most with security classifications. Our team members possess the experience, master and journeyman-level state licenses, certifications and systems knowledge to anticipate problems to optimize overall performance. Melwood’s largest TFM sites are Fort Meade, supporting the U.S. Army and components of the National Security Agency, George Washington Carver Center supporting the U.S. Department of Agriculture and GSA supporting the U.S. Secret Service.
