Each custodian is trained in 1-2 proficiencies. Not only does this deliver a better outcome, but the opportunity for guessing at the operation of an unfamiliar task is eliminated. Our belief is that successful custodial programs have eliminated the guesswork in daily processes. Employees are trained and tested in all areas of green cleaning prior to task assignment.
