Steve Weiss serves on the Melwood Finance Committee.

As Chief Operating Officer of Accelera Solutions, Mr. Weiss has more than 30 years of proven senior-level operations and acquisition management experience. He served as the Executive Vice President for Government Business Operations at CACI International Inc. for 10 years. During his tenure at CACI, he played an integral role growing revenue from approximately $1.5 billion to $4.4 billion in 2016. At CACI he was a member of the senior management Team and was valued for his teambuilding, problem solving and negotiation skills.

Mr. Weiss is a recognized expert in the Government Contracting Industry and has helped both small and large businesses grow and operate efficiently. He takes great pride in workforce development and building a culture based on ethics, integrity, and good character. Mr. Weiss holds a BS in Business Management from the University of Florida and an MS Degree in Public Administration from Troy State University.
