Jason Cross, an ASQ Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and holds an ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification. With over 15 years’ experience developing premier quality management programs, Jason provides oversight and quality assurance for Melwood’s contract and program operations that regularly exceed customer and regulatory requirements. Jason holds a BA in Financial Economics from the University of Virginia.
