abilIT Connects Employers with Skilled, Job-Ready Graduates

abilIT is a free, 14-week training program that prepares people with disabilities and disabled veterans for careers in IT and cybersecurity. Participants develop technical skills, study to earn industry credentials, build professional confidence, and receive support as they prepare to enter the workforce.

abilIT offers access to a pipeline of trained, job-ready talent. Graduates complete intensive training in IT and cybersecurity fundamentals while preparing for industry-recognized certifications such as CompTIA Tech+ and A+. In addition to their technical expertise, participants develop the communication and workplace skills needed to contribute effectively from day one.
