Janice Glover-Jones Joins Melwood as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Upper Marlboro, MD—Janice Glover-Jones is joining Melwood as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO). Glover-Jones brings an extensive background in technology leadership, digital transformation, and mission-driven innovation. 

In her new role at Melwood, Glover-Jones will oversee the Information Systems Group and spearhead the organization’s enterprise technology strategy. Her leadership will be instrumental in advancing Melwood’s digital capabilities to support long-term growth and enhance service delivery across the organization. 

With a distinguished career at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Glover-Jones held several senior roles including Chief Information Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Director of Mission Services prior to joining Melwood. Her tenure at DIA was marked by strategic modernization efforts and a commitment to improving user experience. During a Senior Executive Fellowship with Dell Technologies, she led a customer experience initiative that significantly boosted Net Promoter Score and strengthened stakeholder engagement.
