On Saturday, June 5th Melwood, in partnership with Giant Pharmacy, will be providing free COVID-19 vaccinations for Melwood employees and members of the community ages 16 and older. Anyone wishing to participate may register by clicking here or going to http://melwoodvaccinesession2.campbrainregistration.com. We have a limited supply of Moderna vaccines available and they will be distributed on a first come, first served basis.
When registering, you will select an appointment time between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. Upon receiving an email confirmation, a consent form will be provided to fill out. All appointments will take place at Melwood’s CTC Building at 5620 Dower House Road Upper Marlboro, MD 20772 (see map below).
Please wear a mask, observe social distancing, and bring the following to your appointment:
