This Act represents a significant step forward in enhancing financial security and stability for those we support by making key provisions of ABLE (Achieving a Better Life Experience) accounts permanent. ABLE accounts have been instrumental in allowing individuals with disabilities to save for their futures without risking their eligibility for essential public benefits. Through our advocacy efforts and support for this legislation, we continue to champion policies that improve the quality of life and economic well-being of individuals with disabilities.
