Rayna Fauntleroy is Melwood’s Vice President of Program Quality and Compliance. She leads the Program Quality Assurance and Compliance Department, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, strengthening incident management practices, and overseeing employee training initiatives. 

Fauntleroy holds a master’s degree in social work and brings more than 30 years of experience serving individuals with behavioral health needs and developmental disabilities, including 10 years focused on quality assurance and compliance. Before joining Melwood, she was Vice President of Quality Assurance and Corporate Compliance Officer at Humanim, where she led quality assurance and corporate compliance programs across all human services divisions.
