Jason Cross serves as Senior Vice President & Chief of Staff at Melwood, where he partners with executive leadership to advance enterprise strategy, organizational effectiveness, and operational excellence across Melwood’s family of companies. He helps drive strategic initiatives that strengthen performance, improve collaboration, and support Melwood’s mission of creating opportunities for people with disabilities to work and thrive in their communities.

With more than 15 years of experience in business operations, quality management, analytics, and continuous improvement, Jason has led initiatives that improve performance, strengthen accountability, and support sustainable growth. Prior to his current role, he served as Vice President of Corporate Quality, leading quality management, compliance, and performance improvement efforts across the organization.

Jason is passionate about building high-performing organizations that leverage data, innovation, and collaboration to create lasting impact. He is an ASQ Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and an ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Financial Economics from the University of Virginia and a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Villanova University.
