Janice Glover-Jones, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO), is responsible for leading Melwood’s Information Systems Group and overseeing the organization’s enterprise technology strategy.

Ms. Glover-Jones brings extensive experience in technology leadership, digital transformation, and mission-driven innovation across federal and nonprofit sectors. Before joining Melwood, she held several senior executive roles at the Defense Intelligence Agency, including Chief Information Officer, Director of Mission Services, and Chief Compliance Officer.  Ms. Glover-Jones earned her Bachelor of Science from University of Maryland, University College and completed a Senior Executive Fellowship with Dell Technologies, where partnered with technology leaders to design solutions that fostered the upward mobility of underrepresented talent.
