The WISH Mission is to provide Fairfax County residents:

• A path to better-paying jobs through FREE training and access to certificate programs
• Access to jobs that pay $20+ per hour
• Access to jobs with building trades organizations in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.
• FREE services such as interview preparation, resume workshops, and training and community support services
• Exposure to emerging technologies such as augmented and virtual reality, drones, robotics, and fabrication and prototyping
