DATE
June 18, 2025
TIME
11 a.m. to midnight
LOCATION

The Greene Turtle, 6 St. Marys Ave., La Plata, Md. (Make sure to show your wait staff the flyer linked below)

On June 18, you can help kids experience the joy of Camp Accomplish—just by going to The Greene Turtle in La Plata, Md.

On Wednesday, June 18, 2025, The Greene Turtle is hosting a Funds for Friends fundraiser to benefit Camp Accomplish. From open to close, 20 percent of sales will go toward camp scholarships and program costs. This includes dining in, carrying out, gift cards, drinks at the bar, and Greene Turtle merch…any money you spend there will help get more kids to camp.

Camp Accomplish is a unique collaboration between Melwood and Children’s National Hospital that serves campers with and without disabilities and chronic health conditions (plus their friends, siblings, and allies) while promoting fun, safety, challenge, and friendship for everyone.

For many of the campers we serve, Camp Accomplish is the highlight of their year: a place where they can build confidence, make friends, and just be themselves. With your help, we can make sure cost isn’t a barrier to that experience.

Join us on June 18 and turn a meal into a memory for a Camp Accomplish camper. Don’t forget to show them this flyer!
