Suzanna Kang, Board Director, is the General Counsel of the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), a trade association representing the U.S. consumer technology industry and the owner and producer of CES®, the annual technology event that showcases consumer technology companies, manufacturers, developers, and suppliers. In her role as General Counsel, Kang leads CTA’s legal, compliance, contracts, commercial transactions, litigation, and risk assessment functions. Prior to her time at CTA, Kang worked in-house at a Fortune 100 technology company and in private practice, specializing in corporate and commercial transactions. She also served in the federal government at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative and House of Representatives. Kang received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia as an Echols Scholar and her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
