Steve Weiss serves as Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee. He is President of Accelera Solutions where he provides hands-on leadership and drives Accelera’s culture and future state. He has more than 30 years of proven senior-level operations and acquisition management experience. He served as the Executive Vice President for Government Business Operations at CACI International Inc. for 10 years. During his tenure at CACI, he played an integral role growing revenue from approximately $1.5 billion to $4.4 billion. At CACI he was a member of the senior management team and was valued for his teambuilding, problem solving and negotiation skills. Additionally, Weiss served as Corporate Ombudsman. Prior to CACI, Weiss spent 18 years at SAIC, serving as Senior Vice President for Administration and reporting to the COO.
Weiss is a recognized expert in the government contracting industry. He takes great pride in workforce development and building a culture based on ethics, integrity, and good character. Weiss holds a BS in Business Management from the University of Florida and an MS Degree in Public Administration from Troy State University.
