Melanie M. Lundquist is a seasoned executive with over 35 years of experience in managing all aspects of financial functions in entrepreneurial and publicly traded companies connected to the real estate industry. She currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Southway Builders in Baltimore. Over the last 20 years, Lundquist has held Chief Financial Officer roles at Realterm, MetaCoastal, Haven Custom Homes and Municipal Mortgage and Equity, LLC. Lundquist spent 13 years at The Rouse Company, a publicly held diversified real estate investment trust, and was Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller at the time of its sale to General Growth Properties in November 2004. She joined The Rouse Company from KPMG LLP in Baltimore where she was a senior audit manager. 

Lundquist is the current Chair of the Board of Humanim. She has been involved in this organization for over 25 years. In addition, she is a past member of Executive Alliance in Baltimore and past Board member of Revere Bank and provides advisory services to closely held family businesses, mostly in the real estate industry.
