Gregory Thor is a seasoned financial executive with 25+ years of accounting and financial leadership experience with publicly traded real estate companies. Thor has extensive experience in financial and accounting roles across various organizations including Corporate Office Properties Trust, iBiquity Digital Corporation, Municipal Mortgage and Equity, LLC, Shurgard Storage Centers, Inc., and The Rouse Company.

In addition to developing and aligning financial information for executive management, he has built and served as a strategic advisor to executive teams, developed enterprise risk management programs, led ERP migrations, coordinated Audit Committee activities, and managed internal control evaluations for SARBOX 404 compliance. He has led accounting and disclosure activities, served as an internal GAAP expert, developed and monitored accounting policies, implemented new accounting standards, managed external audit relationships, and designed and implemented internal controls over financial reporting. Thor serves as Treasurer on the Board of Humanim. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Loyola College of Maryland, Baltimore.
