Evidence-Based Supported Employment
Our Evidence-Based Supported Employment program helps individuals with mental health diagnoses achieve competitive jobs through person-centered support, coordinated care, and services including job readiness, interviewing, and employment assistance.
Supported Living & Housing Program
Supported Living helps adults with serious mental illness live independently through personalized in‑home and community support, promoting self‑sufficiency, stability, and connection through coordination, life‑skills coaching, and resource assistance.
Psychiatric Rehabilitation Day Program
The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Day Program supports adults with serious mental illness through structured, person‑centered services that build independence, teach daily skills, and strengthen recovery with groups and support.
