Dr. Jermaine Hunter, Vice President of Safety and Risk Management, Transportation and Facilities, is responsible for identifying and controlling all exposure to loss for Melwood, its employees, and facilities.

Dr. Hunter also provides strategic leadership for the maintenance of all Melwood-owned locations and aligns all transportation-related equipment and logistics with Melwood’s strategic goals. As a Doctor in Organizational Management and skilled risk analyst, Dr. Hunter specializes in particle exposure mitigation techniques as well as organizational planning. Dr. Hunter obtained a Bachelor of Science from Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania, a Master of Science from the University of South Florida, and a Doctorate from the University of Phoenix.
