Our youth, recreation, and respite programs
Camp Accomplish
Offered in collaboration with Children’s National Hospital, Camp Accomplish is open to youth aged 5-18 with and without disabilities and chronic health conditions.
Melwood Youth Enrichment Services
Melwood-Youth Enrichment Services (YES) is an enrichment experience for children in after-care at schools in disadvantaged communities.
Respite services
Melwood offers short-term care intended to give families and the person receiving services a break from their daily routines.
I think having a safe place for kids to go and play with other kids that have the same disability is totally awesome and confidence building.
