Meet Patrick
Patrick is a Material Handler/Driver stationed at the US Naval Academy.
Patrick quickly made a name for himself through his hard work and dedication. Patrick’s project manager, Rodney Johnson, describes him as “very eager. He tries to absorb as much as he can and is willing to take on any task I ask of him. He is one of the best employees I have ever had the chance to work with.” Patrick’s favorite part of his job is when he can get in the truck and drive to the different points on the Naval Academy grounds to retrieve the recyclables. In the long run, he would like to stay within the Melwood family, but move to a position within Human Resources.
