Sharon Pardo is Melwood’s Vice President, Contract Administration, Subcontracting, and Procurement. Joining Melwood in 2023, Pardo brings more than 35 years of experience in operations, quality control, contract administration, and facility management experience in diverse roles with non-profit, R&D, and commercial organizations.
Pardo leads Melwood’s contract administration team, overseeing contract management, subcontracting, procurement, and contract renewals. Through diligent oversight, Pardo has improved accuracy and timeliness of proposals, interdepartmental collaboration and communication, as well as compliance.
Pardo holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland and a Stationary Engineer I Certificate from Harford Community College. She also holds a CIMS Expert Certification and an Accredited Auditing Professional Certificate. Pardo lives in Abingdon, Maryland, and is a dedicated dog mom to mini schnauzer Chloe.
