Before joining Melwood, Kincaid worked as a Consulting Partner and held Chief People Officer and senior executive HR roles working with Boards and CEOs across a number of industries including manufacturing, construction, aerospace, retail and FMCG. In these roles she had responsibility for human capital, culture, talent communications, safety and wellbeing, enterprise risk and operations. She has led strategic, cultural and HR transformations at large multi-national corporations and been a government advisor on the topics of human capital and employment legislation reform. 

Kincaid has a Commerce degree in management and economics from the University of Canterbury and brings a global perspective and international experience having worked in the U.S, Europe and Australasia.
